You get two plastic booties filled with the gel (made primarily from fruit acids) and some straight stickers that help close the booties. You sit with these on for about 1.5 hours after soaking your feet in plan warm/hot water for 10 - 15 minutes. Watching Netflix with a friend during this time period is option but highly encouraged. It is difficult to walk around with these on and is recommended that you put on socks to help with the process. After time is up, you rinse off your feet with warm water and go about your business.
And then I waited... for about five days. And nothing happened. I thought that the almighty callous had defeated even this highly touted and praised product. And then came day seven... I took off my socks and was faced with this glorious sight. Warning: If you don't like foot pictures, I apologize but there's some ugly-ass feet about to be up in your face.

For the next week or so, my feet continued to peel in sections. As a tip, soaking your feet daily helps tremendously with the peeling process along. Also wearing socks and shoes helps as well as rubbing them with your hands right after you get out of the shower.
It can take up to 2 weeks after the initial peeling starts to completely get the dead skin off. Most of my feet are super smooth but the areas where my callouses were really thick are still a little rough. I'm pretty sure if I did it another time they would be amazing. If your feet aren't like my hooves, you'll have amazingly soft feet after one application. Overall, I was really impressed with this and will absolutely be doing this again and providing before and after pictures, so stay tuned! Please feel free to ask any questions about my experience!
XOXO - Katz
